Biography
With more than 25 years of executive operating experience, Brian King leads the development and execution of MedPlast’s business strategy, shapes the corporate culture, and builds a strong team of motivated people dedicated to providing customers with great solutions and service. Brian previously served as Chief Transformation Officer for the DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Before that, he spent over 10 years at Covidien in roles including Group President of the $2 Billion emerging markets division and Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations including oversight of close to 70 manufacturing facilities through the world. Brian serves on the board of directors of Novanta [Nasdaq ticker: NOVT] and PCI Pharma Services. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and served as a jet pilot in the U.S. Navy. He earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from Penn State and a master’s in business administration from Harvard.
