Mr. Antonio del Valle Ruiz founded Grupo Empresarial Kaluz, S.A. de C.V. and serves as its President. Mr. del Valle Ruiz serves as the Chairman of The Board - Kaluz. He was the Founder of Bancrecer, S.A. and served as General Manager .He was the Founder, President, General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Financiero Bital. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at various Mexican banks for over 37 years. He serves as Chairman of Grupo Empresarial Kaluz, S.A. de C.V. He serves as the Chairman of the Mexican Business Round Table and president of the Mexican Bankers Association. He serves as the Honorary Chairman of The Board at Mexichem SAB de CV .He serves as Chairman of Grupo Financiero HSBC S.A. de C.V. Mr. del Valle Ruiz served as the President of Board of Directors of Mexichem SAB de CV. and serves as its Director. He served as Chairman and Director of Grupo Industrial Camesa - Subsidiary of Ternium Mexico S.A. de C.V.(also known as, Grupo Imsa SA de CV).
