Biography
Ms. Rodríguez has acquired extensive management experience with international companies over the course of the past 20 years, including overseeing human resource functions in Latin America and playing an important role with regional management teams. Before joining Mexichem in 2014, Ms. Rodríguez worked for Clorox, Procter & Gamble, Philips, and Gillette. She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
