Biography
Mr. Múgica has more than 25 years of experience managing industrial operations in Mexico, Europe and Africa in the automotive, cement and renewable energy industries. Before joining Mexichem in 2014, Mr. Múgica worked for companies such as Grupo Apasco in Mexico, where he was responsible for all operations related to concrete and aggregates mining. In Spain and Morocco, he was the General Director of Tata Hispano Motors Carrocera, an automotive company focused on manufacturing busses sold in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. He also led Enerland Group in Mexico, a company that constructs, operates and maintains solar electric generation plants. Mr. Múgica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA from Universidad Iberoamericana.
