Biography
Mr. Chari has significant experience in running both USA and international operations. Prior to joining Dura-Line, company where he worked for 16 years and which was acquired by Mexichem in 2014, he was responsible for launching and directing several mergers, acquisitions and greenfield operations in the USA and in other countries, including China, India, Brazil, Spain, Malaysia, Mexico, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom and Canada. He has also held executive positions at Fortune 500 companies including Emerson Electric, Ameritech Corporation and Kellogg Brown & Root (a Halliburton company). Mr. Chari has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and masters and bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and National Institute of Technology, respectively. He has completed executive strategy programs at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
