Carlos-Manuel Ortiz-Mendoza is a Surgical Oncologist: Hospital General “Tacuba”, Social Security and Services Institute for State Workers (ISSSTE: Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Trabajadores del Estado) from 2001 onwards.
