Biography
Mr. Fleisher is Head of Capital Markets at SG Capital Partners. Prior to joining SGCP, Mr. Fleisher was a Vice President at Nomura Securities in the non-Agency Mortgage Trading group. Mr. Fleisher joined Nomura in 2010, and was responsible for secondary trading across multiple non-agency books. Additionally, Mr. Fleisher helped to form the Re-Remic business at Nomura and managed Re-Remic structuring. Prior to his time at Nomura, he worked at Barclays Capital where he traded non-agency mortgages, and was responsible for structuring Re-Remics. Mr. Fleisher started his career on the Whole Loan Trading desk at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Fleisher graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dartmouth College, with a BA in Government.
