Biography
Mr. Edwards focuses on commercial real estate origination and evaluation. Prior to joining Shelter Growth, Mr. Edwards worked at SteepRock Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing mezzanine loans. Before SteepRock Capital, Mr. Edwards began his career at LNR Partners, where he underwrote bridge lending and par purchase opportunities as well as provided credit analysis on B-piece acquisitions. Mr. Edwards earned his B.A. in economics from Middlebury College.
