Biography
Mr. Moliski is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Structured Finance at SG Capital Partners (OpCo). Prior to joining SGCP, Mr. Moliski was the Managing Director of credit risk management and securitization at Redwood Trust. At Redwood Trust, Mr. Moliski primarily worked developing the non-agency jumbo securitization market as he implemented major structural changes to facilitate the return of AAA investors to the residential mortgage market. Prior to his time at Redwood Trust, Mr. Moliski was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Co. in Structured Finance. Mr. Moliski served on the American Securitization Forum Management Committee as well as sitting on the Board of Directors for the American Securitization Forum and Structured Finance Industry Group. Prior to joining the financial markets Bill was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Mr. Moliski holds a SB inMechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
