Alfonso De Angoitia Noriega

Biography

Mr. Alfonso de Angoitia Noriega has been an Executive Vice President of Grupo Televisa, S.A.B, since May 2000 and also serves as its Member of its Executive Office of the Chairman. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. de Angoitia Noriega was a Founding Partner of the law firm Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes, S.C. He served as Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance from 1999 to 2003. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. since 1998. He is President of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Kardias. He has been a Director of Univision Communications Inc.since December 2010. He has been an Independent Director at Banco Mercantil Del Norte, S.A. since April 2015. He serves as a Director of Cablevision, S.A. de C.V., Cablemas Telecomunicaciones, S.A. de C.V., Operbes, S.A. de C.V. (Bestel), TV Internacional, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Axo, S.A.P.I. de C.V., and The Americas Society. He has been a Trustee of The Paley Center for Media since November 19, 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V. since April 2015. He has been a Director of Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B de C.V since March 23, 2016. He has been a Director at Innova, S. de R.L. de C.V. since 1998, Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. since April 1997, PBG Mexico since 2000, Empresas Cablevisión, S.A.B. de C.V. since August 1999, The Pepsi Bottling Group Mexico S.R.L. de C.V. since 2000. He served as Director of Univision Holdings, Inc. since December 2010. He served as an Independent Director at Grupo Modelo, S.A.B. de C.V. from 2005 to 2013 and The American School Foundation from 2001 to 2010. He received his law degree law from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM).
