Biography
Nawarskas received a BS in pharmacy from the University of Toledo in 1993 and a PharmD from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1995. He completed a fellowship in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science in 1997 and has been at UNM ever since.
Research Interest
Nawarskas maintains an active scholarship program in cardiovascular pharmacotherapy with an emphasis on platelet-active drugs and cardiovascular risk reduction. He is also interested in the scholarship of teaching.
