John Henriksen

Biography

 Mr. John Rene Henriksen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Petro Matad Ltd., with effect from December 20, 2012. Mr. Henriksen assumed the role as Chief Financial Officer for the Company on 17 April 2012. He is a Qualified Accountant (Canada) with 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining the Company he spent 5 years with Salamander Energy plc, where he was Country Manager for Indonesia. He has also held managerial positions in the finance departments of Vico, ENI and Lasmo plc. He has held the following directorships within the past 5 years: Salamander Energy (Indonesia) Limited, Salamander Energy (Java & Sumatra) B.V., Salamander Energy (Java) B.V., Salamander Energy (Sumatra) B.V.
