E Menjono is currently working as Technologist in the department of Geography, History, Environmental Studies and Tourism Management at University of Namibia.

Sustainable environmental management, Climate change induced disasters risk reduction and vulnerability assessment, Land restoration & promotion and integration of indigenous knowledge in resilience building
