Biography
Nditange Shigwedha is currently a Lecturer within the Department of Food Science & Technology at University of Namibia, Namibia. He has completed his MSc and a PhD at the age of 30 years from Jiang Nan University in the People’s Republic of China in 2003 and 2006, respectively. He is a former HOD: Food Science & Technology at the University of Namibia. He has taught various courses, authored more than 10 research articles in reputed journals, 1 book chapter, 4 conference papers and serving as an editorial board member of Namibian Developmental Journal.
