Laura Drumgoole is the Operations Manager at WhatClinic.com. An experienced business manager, Laura specialises in operational efficiency and improving business performance. Prior to joining WhatClinic.com Laura was the Head of Data Services at Dataconversion Direct where as well as streamlining core operations to improve performance, she was also responsible for data strategy for some of Ireland's biggest brands. Laura is passionate about excellence, achieving the highest standards and continuous improvement. She makes a mean chocolate pistachio cake and has been known to knit body parts.
