The overall management of the organization is headed by the Managing Director, Mr. Sushil Agrawal whose experience in successfully managing the company for more than two decades cannot be undermined. The promoters as well as the departmental managers of the company comprises of various professional personnel with suitable technical, educational and professional backgrounds. All the departments of the company which include Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Logistics, etc. are staffed with highly motivated, qualified, experienced and energetic staff. There are altogether 250 full time personnel working with the company"
