Biography
Dr. Saju Pradhan is the current Medical Director of Nepal Orthopaedic Hospital. He became the director since August 2008 and has been leading the hospital since then. Dr. Saju joined NOH in August 1998 when the hospital opened. He did his basic medical training from Nepal and he did his post-graduate studies in China and he has a fellowhip in orthopaedics from Bangkok. He has attended many seminars and trainings in the US, Belgium and India.Despite being Medical Director of the hospital, he heads Unit II and makes it a point to do surgeries whenever he can. Dr. Saju has had ample working experience in various hospital of Nepal before joing NOH ( Patan Hospital, Amp Pipal Hospital, Kathmandu Hospital, Bir hospital etc.) He was also the joint-treasurer of Nepal Orthopaedic Organization in 2001.He is a life member of the Nepal Medical Association.
Research Interest
general trauma surgery, foot and ankle surgery, knee arthroscopy, Ilizarov surgery and he is interested in arthroplasties.
