Biography
William H. Eagan joined Charles River more than 20 years ago in International Accounting and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the corporate finance department. He was the Manager of Financial Reporting and then Senior Manager and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis before being promoted in 2007 to Corporate Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. Mr. Eagan was promoted to Corporate Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer in 2010, and is currently Corporate Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Eagan received his B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
