    Mr. Rolf Dörig served as the Chairman of the Corporate Executive Board at Swiss Life Holding AG from November 6, 2002 to May 8, 2008, where Mr. Dörig was responsible for strategy development and overseeing strategy implementation. Mr. Dörig served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss Life Holding AG from November 2002 to May 2008. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Member of Executive Board of Swiss Life Holding AG from November 6, 2002 to May 8, 2008.
