Biography
William L. Connelly is a former member of the Management Board of ING Bank, where he was responsible for all of ING's corporate, financial institutions and financial markets activities. He started his professional career at Chase Manhattan Bank, fulfilling senior roles in commercial and investment banking in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain and the Netherlands.
