Cardiovascular Imaging and Image Analysis H.A. Marquering is one of the AMC Principal Investigators
Research Interest
The focus of my research is on applied medical image analyses, and 3D and 4D cardiovascular images in particular. My work on this field started at the LUMC where I focussed on the quantitative analysis of coronary CT angiography. This work consisted of the coronary artery segmentation, center line detection and lumen contour detection.
