Jim Mastakas

Biography

  Jim oversees the global financial operations of the organization, including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, investment decisions, external financing, debt compliance, financial analysis and tax planning. Jim has more than 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including thirteen years in generics and specialty sectors. Prior to joining Amneal, Jim was chief financial officer at Sandoz NA, Eagle Pharmaceuticals and Corepharma, and vice president/controller for Mylan’s generic business. He also spent five years at Wyeth leading their External Reporting team. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and is a certified public accountant.
