Biography
Emma has been part of the Arnold + Siedsma team since 2015. She graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2015. During her Masters of Information Law and European Private Law, she specialised in intellectual property law. Her dissertation for her Masters of Information Law focused on patent law. Emma researched the scope of the Bolar exception in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. Throughout her studies, Emma interned at various law firms working within the field of intellectual property law.
