Biography
Frits van Hout rejoined ASML in early 2001 as Vice President Customer Support, having previously been with the company from its founding in 1984 through 1992. In this period Mr Van Hout held several positions in engineering, program management and sales. In 2008, he was appointed Executive Vice President Integral Efficiency and was appointed as member of ASML's Board of Management in 2009. After initially serving as Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Van Hout was appointed Chief Program Officer in 2013.
