Raghavan Iyer

Biography

  Raghavan Iyer has more than 22 years of experience in the IT sector and has held leadership positions in companies such as Honeywell, Syntel and Accenture prior to joining Avanade in 2010. Raghavan currently leads Avanade’s Global Delivery Network, overseeing more than 20,000 professionals across the world. During his tenure at Accenture, Raghavan played a key role in setting up and establishing Accenture’s outsourcing practice in India, as well as setting up the Life Sciences practice under the Products operating group and eventually leading outsourcing delivery for both the Products and Health and Public Service operating groups. He has a strong process orientation and expertise in program management, package implementation, rollout and support, and managing large portfolios, while working both onshore and offshore. Raghavan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, as well as additional certifications, including Project Management Professional, Six Sigma Greenbelt and Design For Six Sigma
