Organic chemist by background, over the years cross-trained in catalysis, modeling, data analysis and statistical experimental design. Strong believer in the integration of data mining and modeling methods in research projects. The most interesting challenge of working in a contract R&D environment is the fast pace, both scientific and commercial.
