Oleg Lobanov

Biography

    Mr. Oleg Vladimirovich Lobanov served as Executive Vice President for Finance and Corporate Development at Public Joint Stock Company AVTOVAZ since June 2010 until April 2014 and served as its Member of its Management Board. Mr. Lobanov had been an Acting President of Public Joint Stock Company AVTOVAZ since November 5, 2013. Mr. Lobanov served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Public Joint Stock Company AVTOVAZ from October 2013 to November 2013. He served as Executive Vice President for Finance and Corporate Development at Public Joint Stock Company AVTOVAZ since June 2010. Mr. Lobanov served as Deputy General Director and Member of Management Board of Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Co. since January 9, 2008 and also served as its Head of Finance and Economics. Mr. Lobanov was responsible for implementation of MMC Norilsk Nickels financial policy. He served with Norilsk Nickel Mining and Metallurgical Co. since 2002. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Head of Department, and Chief Financial Officer of OJSC Vympelkom. He served as Deputy General Director of OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel for Economics from September 2002 to 2005 and as its Director of Department of Economics from September 2005 to 2007. He served as a Director of CJSC GM-AVTOVAZ since June 2013. He holds a Ph.D degree in Physics and Mathematics. He graduated from the Physics Department of the Moscow State Lomonosov University in 1989.
