Biography
Diane Schueneman was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in June 2015. Diane has extensive experience in managing global, cross-discipline business operations, client services and technology in the financial services industry. She spent 37 years with Merrill Lynch and held senior roles with responsibility for banking, brokerage services and technology provided to the company’s retail and middle market clients, and latterly for IT, operations and client services worldwide as Senior Vice President & Head of Global Infrastructure Solutions. As a consultant at McKinsey & Company she advised the IRS Commissioner in the US and has held a number of non-executive directorships.
