Tushar Morzaria

Biography

  Tushar joined the Board and Executive Committee of Barclays in October 2013 as Group Finance Director. Prior to this, he was CFO, Corporate and Investment Bank at JPMorgan Chase, a role he held on the merger of the investment bank and the wholesale treasury/security services business at JP Morgan. Prior to the merger, he was CFO of the investment bank and held other various roles during his career at JP Morgan. Tushar qualified as an accountant at Coopers and Lybrand Deloitte and for most of his career he has worked in investment banking, having held various roles at SG Warburg, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. Tushar has over 20 years of strategic financial management experience, which will prove invaluable in his role as Group Finance Director. Committee membership Group Executive Committee.
