Biography
The BioIT team is an initiative from the Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science (LIACS) to organize bioinformatics support for the Leiden Bio Science Park and beyond. It will do so by combining its own computer science expertise with the genomics and applied-bioinformatics expertise from the MAD: Dutch Genomics Service & Support provider at the University of Amsterdam. Data management, Project coordination, Project Design, Descriptive statistics, Power calculations, RNAseq, DNAseq, NGS(Illumina, Life Technologies) Bioconductor, R, Unix, Python.
