Martin Savitzky 

Biography

"Martin Savitzky is a member of the Management Team of Batavia Biosciences. Martin joined Batavia Biosciences in December 2012 and assumes the position of General Counsel for the Batavia Biosciences corporate group, and Corporate Secretary for Batavia Biosciences Inc. and Batavia Holdings Inc. Martin has been engaged in the practice of law since 1979, in both the private and corporate sectors. From 1989 to 1998, Martin held the positions of Vice President-Patents, and General Counsel-RPR Gencell, with Rhône-Poulenc Rorer Inc. a research-based global pharmaceutical company. From 1979 to 1989, and 2000-2008, Martin practiced law as an associate, partner and of Counsel with Synnestvedt & Lechner, a Philadelphia-based intellectual property law firm. Since 2008 he has been in private practice serving pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients."
