Biography
Dr. Menzo Havenga is a member of the Management Committee of Batavia Biosciences. Prior to that he was at TNO where he assumed the position of Managing Director Business unit Biosciences being responsible for strategy and day-to-day management of a large R&D organization. From 2001 to 2007 he was Vice president Research and subsequently Vice president Research and Development at Crucell, The Netherlands. From 1994 to 2001 he was Senior scientist and subsequently Director Research at IntroGene B.V. The Netherlands. He holds a PhD degree from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands. Within Batavia Biosciences, Menzo is responsible for the general management and strategy of the company.
