Biography
Mr. Douglas J. Dunn, also known as Doug, OBE serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SVG Lithography Systems Inc. Mr. Dunn served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at ASML Holding NV from January 2000 to September 2004. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Management at ASML Holding NV from January 2000 to October 1, 2004 and its Member since April 1999. He served as Consultant of ASML Holding NV from September 2004 to December 31, 2004. Mr. Dunn served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sendo PLC. From 1996 to 1999, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Philips Consumer Electronics and Philips Sound & Vision International BV. He served as a Member of the Management Board of Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV since 1998. Before joined ASML, he served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Electronics Division of Royal Philips Electronics N.V.
