Biography
Dr. Jan E. Vaandrager served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board of TKH Group N.V. from 2001 to May 7, 2008. Dr. Vaandrager has an extensive experience in finance, controlling and management of European public and private industrial companies. He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at Hydratec Industries N.V. since October 2011 and BE Semiconductor Industries NV since May 12, 2009. Prior thereto, he held various finance, treasury, procurement and general management functions for Schmalbach-Lubeca A.G., Robannic Europe B.V., Thyssen Bornemisza Europe N.V. (Thyssen Bornemisza Group N.V) and SHV Holdings N.V. He has been a Member of the Supervisory Board at HITT NV since March 5, 2008. Dr. Vaandrager has Business Economics Degree from the Free University of Amsterdam.
