Biography
Mr. Tom de Waard has been a Partner of Clifford Chance Limited Liability Partnership since March 2000. Mr. de Waard was a Managing Partner of Clifford Chance Amsterdam office from May 1, 2002 to May 1, 2005. He was a Partner of Stibbe, where he served several positions since 1971. He has an extensive experience working with major international companies, particularly with respect to corporate finance. He has been the Chairman of Supervisory Board at BE Semiconductor Industries N.V. since May 2009.
