Biography
He is a core member of the Strategy practice and brings significant experience leading large-scale transformations. Patrick has worked extensively in the biopharma and medtech sectors on topics such as BU strategy, sales force effectiveness, commercial models, market access, partnering and licensing, over-the-counter medications, and multichannel marketing and sales. He has led multiple brand and therapeutic-area strategies, several brand-turnaround projects, and a number of multiyear transformation programs.
