Biography
David Dutil has been the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of BioHorizons since 2010. He was Of Counsel and then a Member in the Corporate Department in the Washington, D.C. office of the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. from 2005 to 2010. While at Mintz Levin, David Dutil provided counsel to a variety of private equity investors and companies. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. David Dutil received a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review
