Biography
Cees Dekker is manager of the Quality Assurance and Compliance department and member of the management team. He is responsible for all Quality related subjects and release activities. The Quality Assurance team at Basic Pharma works in close cooperation with QC and Operations departments and supports these in maintaining the high GMP standards that the company is known for. Cees has joined Basic Pharma in 2016. He has 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, at (bio)pharmaceutical companies as well as medical device companies and is skilled in Quality and GMP. His previous experience includes QA positions at Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Bayer and Illumina. Further skills include (quality) training, auditing, root cause analysis and process excellence. Cees holds a bachelors degree in Biochemistry.
