Biography
Roger Bour has been responsible for laboratory management since joining Basic Pharma in 2007. Under his responsibility the operations of the laboratory department are executed in close contact with manufacturing, product development and QA. Roger has more than twenty years of experience in analytical chemistry, drug production and API manufacturing. Before joining Basic Pharma, Roger was a QC Manager for 9 years at ChemShop, the predecessor of Cambridge Major Laboratory, a Weert based API manufacturer. Here he built the analytical chemistry and quality control organisation and he was involved in FDA pre-approval and GcLP inspections. Prior to ChemShop, Roger worked as a Project Analyst at DSM Research and DSM Fine Chemicals. Roger has a bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry.
