Leigh Ann Stradford

Biography

 A successful recruiter of top talent who has helped build organizations from the ground up, Stradford previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Smith & Nephew’s Biologics Division. Stradford helped establish and grow the Biologics Division after holding executive-level human resources positions within the company’s Trauma Global Business Unit and Orthopaedics Division. Prior to joining Smith & Nephew in 1998, Stradford held management positions at Nike.
