Biography
Steve Spires is the Managing Director of Career Services and a Senior Executive Coach with BPI group. Steve joined the company in 2009, bringing extensive executive leadership experience in managing and growing businesses ranging from Fortune 100 companies including Milliken, General Electric and Tyco International, as well as private equity firms with holdings in diverse industries. Steve has served as an executive coach to numerous individuals and consultant to executive management in strategy and team development for over a decade. In his current role, Steve oversees the delivery of the firm’s career services and outplacement services in North America, and manages the BPI group offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; Birmingham, Alabama; and Greenville, South Carolina. He focuses on building and expanding relationships with organizations and individuals throughout the region, while sharing the firm’s global presence and expertise.
