Biography

  Lucy joined the bredent team following 15 years’ experience in customer service roles in various industries. With a BA Joint Hons Degree in French and German from Keele University, Lucy is our fluent German speaking member of the team (which comes in very handy!) Lucy has the experience and natural enthusiasm to deliver a first class customer experience and is the go-to person for offering the best solutions for our customers. She is dedicated to providing the best customer service, reflecting the quality of the bredent brand.
