Biography
Charles has been at Bupa since 2002, and is currently the Strategy and M and A Director for the UK. Prior to that he held a number of senior roles in Centre Finance, most recently Director of Capital Management. Before joining Bupa, Charles was a manager in Arthur Andersen's international tax practice advising multi-national groups on cross-border financing and M and A transactions.
