Biography
Vivian became People Director of Bupa UK in May 2014. Her role then evolved into People and Change Director in June 2015. She has previously held senior executive roles within BT’s global business, as HR Vice President of People, Organisation Development and Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as HR Vice President of Global Customer Service Operations.
