Biography
Professor Aerts is a Pulmonologist and Medical Oncologist at the Erasmus Medical Centre in Rotterdam, with specialization in lung cancer and mesothelioma (asbestos cancer). He is developing immunotherapy for these incurable diseases and has special interest and long experience in dendritic cell vaccination in both preclinical and clinical studies.
