Biography

As a physiotherapist and human movement scientist, I spent many years working as a CRA in medical scientific research, at a CRO and in the pharmaceutical industry. Building on that experience, I embarked on a commercial course in 2009, assuming responsibility for business development at Clinical Trial Service. I connect companies involved in clinical research to our services on a daily basis. We can thus bring in a lot of project management, monitoring, training and Research Support projects from domestic and international clients. I interview a lot of people interested in working for Clinical Trial Services, which enables me to bring supply and demand together. We also try to take our clients’ and employees’ demands into account. By combining highly qualified personnel with creative and tailor-made solutions in accordance with a project’s demands and the relevant legislation and regulations, in order to satisfy both our clients and our own staff. We see this as a prerequisite for a successful collaboration. What makes Clinical Trial Services such an interesting partner is the fact that we are a very flexible organisation, adjusting quickly to a client’s wishes; after all, no two clients, projects, employees or researchers are the same. That is what makes business development so fascinating: this scientific, creative, solution-focused and commercial mix suits me and CTS the best!
