Biography
. Smith has been an executive officer and member of the Board of Directors since 1997. He currently serves as our Executive Vice Chairman. He served as President and Chief Technology Officer from May 1997 until August 2000 and thereafter as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer until June 2017. From December 1995 to May 1997, he was Director of Operations for Global Communications Group. Mr. Smith received a B.S. from Purdue University.
