Biography
Dr. Aad van der Horst graduated as a civil engineer at TU Delft in 1975. After graduating from the contractor, he worked for several years in the building team of the Oosterschelde district. Then, from the internal engineering firm of international contractors, he designed and supervised a multitude of national and international projects.
