Biography
Dr. G.F. Nane received my BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, Romania in 2005. In 2008, she graduated, cum laude, from the Master program in Applied Mathematics, Risk and Environmental Modeling, at TU Delft. She received her PhD in Statistics from TU Delft in 2013. In 2014, she held a PostDoc position at the Center for Science and Technology (CTWS), at University of Leiden. From 2015, she is an Assistant Professor in the Applied Probability group, at Delft Institute of Applied Mathematics (DIAM), TU Delft. She also remains affiliated to Leiden University, as being a visiting researcher at CWTS.
