"Dr. J.W.G. van de Kuilen is a professor at Department Structural Engineering and Building, Delft University of Technology. He has been an active member in a number of COST Actions, including COST E55 ' Modelling of the performance of timber structures’, COST E29 'Innovative timber and composite elements / components for buildings' and COST E53 – Quality control for wood and wood products."
